Listing:

Adjacent to the Old Bell Museum, this gem of a gallery is growing by the minute if not in size then in stature. If you have not yet been to any exhibitions at The Old Bell Gallery in Montgomery, it’s definitely worth a visit.

The gallery with kitchen facilities is available for hire for exhibitions, workshops, lectures and meetings. Space is 170 sq. ft. Seats up to 25 for meetings.

2018 had some wonderful exhibitions including

  • hand-painted animal pictures
  • beautiful silk scarves
  • jewellery
  • felt pictures and other felt craft
  • hand-made patchwork quilts
  • beautiful photographs and canvasses of our town and countryside
  • exhibits from local amateur artists
  • sales of work by knitters and card makers

The gallery also hosts regular exhibitions by our local Solstice Painters and a regular ‘Made in Monty’ pop up shop. 

“I always enjoy exhibiting here. It is a great place to meet fellow artists and you won't find a friendlier place”.
